PRODOC - Ancillary Modules
The following sub-modules are part of the PRODOC Ancillary Module:
PACS INTEGRATION
PCS PRDOC follows international standards of HL-7 while communicating with other PACS SOFTWARE. Being HL-7 protocol software, we can integrate with any PACS VENDOR. We do provide only integration to PACS SOFTWARE and do not have software for the same. However we can recommend few trusted vendors whom we have already integrated in few palces. PCS Prodoc through HL-7 protocol enables two way communication with any standard PACS provider.
KIOSK AND QUEUE MANAGEMENT
This module would provide the effective use of front desk resources. Most of the hospital employee's good number of resources for managing the OPD queue. In this modules PCS Prodoc provides the proper queue management system, there by doctor can call those patients who are waiting outside.
Once doctor press the call button in the software, the selected patient name and registration details will be displayed in LCD monitor near OPD Area. Patient can identify their name and registration number and they will see the cabin number and doctor name. This will help them to meet the doctor without major resource help. Once the doctor finished his consultation, the name of patient will be moved out of the display. Also this facility has audio system so that the same details are heard by the patient.
FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT
This module can take care of I.P & O.P Food Bills. It can also manage the outsourced vouchers for the food services given to patient attendants. The vouchers issued by the Wards for the patients food services will be alarmed on the Dieticians department, where pre prescribed food, specific to the patient ailment can be posted, which in turn will reflect on F.S.D Module. Module can also maintain masters for prescribed diet for the patients with respect to their ailment. Scheduling for the food menu for a week can also be managed. If dieticians are been called for consultation for diet control, it can be charged by this module. Features & Reports
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
Equipment Maintenance Module allows the Hospital to maintain the schedule of the Maintenance, Parts required list for the BIOMENIACL\IT\OPERATIVE\ELECTRICAL etc. equipment available in the Hospital. Parameters for Safety Inspection, Incoming inspection reports, Precaution measure can be taken here. Complaints regarding the equipment can be messaged from all the modules to the Equipment Maintenance System.

C.S.S.D MANAGEMENT
This module will take care of all the clinical materials sterilization. The instruments which are taken to OT \ Wards \ ICU etc for the procedures are issued by this module. Sterilization variables with respect to the materials are been defined and maintained in this module. Acknowledgment of the used sets from the wards & O.T. are also been taken care by this module. Rejection of materials is also been done here. All the clinical departments can indent to the C.S.S.D. Module for the sterilized material. This module can also create a package of sterilized consumables for the clinical procedures.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
The MIS module is designed to carry out the analytics that provide the required intelligence to serve as a decision support system. This module helps to generate valuable and timely management information reports that facilitate better control over the hospital activities and enhance the efficiency of day-to-day operations. The administrative reports generated include the statements of consolidated daily/ periodical revenue, outstanding bills, bed occupancy, etc. The clinical part of this module helps in the carrying out of data analysis and data mining of all the clinical information entered for a patient over a period of years. PCS also provides selected management MIS in web so that senior Management is always in control of Hospital details.

LINEN & LAUNDRY
This Modules provides the house keeping team to have better control over Discharges, Room Cleaning and inventory of Linen. This module is tightly integrated module other PCS PRODOC module especially WARD for Intend of Linen and also to maintain patient request are done online.
DOCTORS ACCOUNTING
This module facilitates in automatic preparation of Doctors Payable Statement as per the Rules defined in various set-ups provided in the module.

SMART MESSAGING SYSTEM
The proposed HIMS supports with mobile messaging. Healthcare facilities can improve the point of care and coordination with their patients and supplier by using this facility. There are many process which if communicated at right time provides effective results such as providing information of cancellation of appointment of a specific doctor, , Intimation of blood request from the blood bank donor database, intimating suppliers to collect their purchase orders, Intimation of discrepancy and quality deterioration immediately during inspection.
There are many other process areas which could be dynamically designed. The solution is designed in such a way that it sends all such information via SMS gateways through specific ISP providers. In totality "a very cost effective solution for effective communication
